REFUND & EXCHANGE

Once you have received your product you have 15 days to notify us that there is a problem and you are sending it back for a Refund or Exchange. Products have to be in it's original Condition and must not have been used. If you received a broken product please Contact us via E-Mail or via Chat and we'll help you any way Possible. Please note that shipping is not refundable under any-Circumstances.
Customers have to contact us and let us know that they want to exchange the product. All they have to do is send the product back to the address that will be on their Invoice with the note that they want a different product or size, also customers have to pay us shipping for us to send them a different product.
